5 Significant Uses of Google Trips App
Google released Google Trips App for Smartphones on Monday. The App is believed to give Google a new recognition in the Tour and Travel field in the similar way Google Maps did before.
The App accesses your Gmail account history and shares the information about your previous trip like Hotel Rental, Food and Airfare, etc. Google puts it as a “personalized tour guide in your pocket.”
It is said that the one App has functions equivalent to four Travel Apps.
Five ways to use this App are:
Create A First Trip
Create your First trip and search for the city you want to travel. Put the city in your dates. You can add more than one city.
Edit Your Existing Trip
If you have already listed a trip or Google Trips has enough of your data, then you don’t require to create a new trip. You can edit the same trip if you want to.
Guides for more than 200 cities
The Google Trips App has complete guides for more than 200 destinations and six services Things to do, Day Plans, Getting Around, Food and Drink, Reservations and saved places for each destination. For smaller locations, Getting Around and Day plans are not available.
Check Flight, Car Rental and hotel under ‘Reservations’
Under reservations, you can check Flight, Car Rental and hotel. It will collect this information from the Gmail account connected to your App. The reservation cannot be made without a Gmail account because it will show you only those reservations which you have already made. If you want to show up your reservation, forward it.
Arrange Trips under ‘Things to do’
Under Things to Do, Google Trips will recommend destinations category wise like Indoors, Outdoors, City Specific labels like New York Apollo Hotel and the interest specific like Animal zoos
